UNWIND THROUGH A SERIES OF IN THIS FLOW BASED YOGA CLASS THROUGH A SERIES OF FOUNDATIONAL YOGA POSTURES DESIGNED TO ALIGN, STRENGTHEN, & ENHANCE FLEXIBILITY. BREATHING TECHNIQUES ALSO INTEGRATED.
THIS IS A HEATED CLASS USING INFRARED LIGHTS.

I was first introduced to Core in September 2021 through invitation from a close friend. I knew from that first class I wanted more. The sessions not only challenge and empower, but also cultivate a love for exercise through community with some of the most wonderful people. Core has allowed me to push boundaries, build friendships, and learn a variety of new ways to workout.
